Join us as we dive into God’s Word and understand our chief calling as worshipers and disciple-makers of our homes! But it’s not just for parents! There will be sessions for our children to learn and have fun, too! For the parents, we will have breakout sessions focusing on shaping our families with God’s Word. Adam and Chelsea Griffin from the Family Discipleship Podcast will be here to preach and teach. Jason Houser and his band, Seeds Kids Worship, will lead us in worship throughout the weekend.
The cost is $45 per family, including lunch, t-shirts, fellowship meal, and equipping resources. Registration closes on Wednesday, February 12.

FAMILY DISCIPLESHIP WEEKEND is targeted at families with children in 6th grade and younger because there are special sessions for children of those ages. However, families with teenagers and grandparents are welcome to attend and will benefit as each parent session is applicable for every season of parenting. Registration is required for all attendees.
The biblical mandate for each parent is to be the “chief disciple maker” of their home. Throughout the weekend, parents will be learning biblical principles and practical methods to equip them to fulfill that calling. See the schedule for topics that will be covered.
Parents have a big responsibility, and it’s the church’s great privilege to come alongside to train and equip you in your calling. By learning and spending the weekend together, FDW will help our families be of one mind and spirit in the disciple-making efforts in their homes. We pray this weekend brings focus and synergy to the most important role in the home- worship and devotion to Jesus.
Childcare will be provided for children in 3-year-old Sunday School and younger. They will play with their FBC friends and be loved by our members! Children in 4-year-old Sunday School to 6th grade will have their sessions focused on worship with Seeds Kids Worship and learning how to be a disciple of Jesus in a fun environment.
