INFORMATION:
We are planning to meet in the PERRY STREET PARKING LOT at 11:30AM (to checkin/loadup) and DEPART by Noon. Everyone should eat lunch before they arrive for checkin….Dinner at the Retreat Center (Laguna Beach Christian Retreat in Panama City) will be our first meal together. Preferably pack in Smaller Suitcases since it’s such a short trip to save room.
-We should arrive back at FBC Sunday around 6:00pm. (We will not eat dinner on the way home).

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM (Due by this Sunday)
CLICK ON THE RED BUTTON ABOVE for the Medical Release form. It must be NOTARIZED & returned to us by this Sunday if possible.
Packing List: Twin Bedding/Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Beach Towel, Bath towel, toiletries, SUNSCREEN!, Hat/Sunglasses optional, Sleep Clothes, Bible.
Money: ~$15-$20 each for Sunday’s Lunch (Probably at Pier Park). All other meals are covered.
>Optional: There is a snack/souvenir shop at the Retreat if they decide to spend their own money there.
Clothing: Play clothes (Shorts/T Shirt) are fine for the full weekend…no church clothes or nice clothes needed. Girls: All clothing should be modest – no revealing or spaghetti strap athletic tops, shorts need a hemline please :).
>Tennis Shoes & Sandals are good. (We may play some basketball & dodgeball, so they may want tennis shoes)
Swimsuits: A couple Swimsuits. Girls: 1 Piece or Dark TShirt over two-piece or Two-piece that completely covers stomach.
Behavior: Parents, talk with your children before the trip about acting in a Christlike manner the whole weekend – whether an adult is within earshot or not. There’s no room for profanity, bullying, pranks, hazing, destruction of property, or possession/use of any drugs/alcohol/vapes/etc – and any of these are grounds for having to be picked up by a parent and return home early.
