HOW CAN I WATCH SERVICES ONLINE?

There are several ways that you can watch our online service.

  1. Livestream Page | You can watch the service, as well as download sermon notes and song lyrics.
  2. Facebook  |  We will live stream the services on Sundays at 8:30 AM on our @montgomeryfirstbaptist page.
  3. Vimeo  | Watch our services live or enjoy archived services and sermons
  4. YouTube | Watch our services live or enjoy archived services and sermons
  5. App  |  Download the First Baptist Church Montgomery from your app store. You can watch the service, give, watch past sermons and get the latest information.

Services can also be seen weekly on the Frazer Channel and WSFA.

  • Frazer Channel 13 &  (Montgomery & Prattville) and Brighthouse Channel 122 (Elmore County)
      • Sunday, 1:30 pm (full hour) & 6:00 pm
      • Tuesday, 8:00 pm; Thursday, 1:30 pm & 6:00 pm

HOW CAN I SHARE A PRAYER REQUEST ONLINE?

Visit montgomeryfbc.org/prayer to submit your prayer request. Our prayer team is waiting to intercede for you!

How do I participate in Zoom Meetings?

Getting Started

Computer (do in advance of the meeting)

  1. Click and open the invitation link sent to you.
  2. Your web browser will open.
  3. Select download and run zoom if it doesn’t start automatically.
  4. Run the software download and the Zoom program will open.
  5. Select Join with Computer Audio
  6. You are in the meeting

Phone or Tablet (Can easily be done 5 minutes before meeting)

  1. Click and open the invitation link sent to you.
  2. You will be prompted to download the Zoom app from your app store.
  3. Once downloaded, go back and click the invitation link.
  4. Select join with or without video.
  5. Select Call using internet audio.
  6. You are now in the meeting.

Zoom Controls

Computer

  • Your microphone is in the bottom left corner of the screen. Red line means you are muted and no one can hear you. Your video is to the right of the microphone. Red line means video is off and no one can see you.
  • At the top right of the screen you will see an option for “gallery view” or “speaker view.” Gallery view allows you to see everyone at one. Speaker view keeps the person speaking in view.
  • Chat using the chat feature from the bottom menu.

Phone or Tablet

  • Your microphone is in the bottom left corner of the screen. Red line means you are muted and no one can hear you. Your video is to the right of the microphone. Red line means video is off and no one can see you.
  • Select the three dots “more” in the bottom right of the screen and you will see opportunities to chat.
