The First Baptist Montgomery Administration Office oversees the day-to-day operations of the church. This staff works with each ministry to ensure that the property, facilities, policies and procedures, safety, and personnel are working together in order to bring people in, build them up, and send them out to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
